Beyond Roset's One Year Warranty you can rest assured that your pieces will be looked after with their in depth specific brand warranty.
Crown Ring
Crown Ring guarantees the quality of every piece, including CARLEX, CrownRing, Noam Carver, Bleu Royale, and Torque. Our warranty is against any imperfections in design, materials or workmanship and is based on normal wear & tear. If the ring has been altered or abused in any way, a handling fee may be applied.
Any Crown Ring piece may be refinished at no charge, as many times as the consumer would like. Please note that we do not suggest refinishing the same piece more than once per year.
Any Crown Ring piece may be sized as many times as the consumer would like, at no charge, as long as the new size is possible to achieve without compromising the quality of the ring. If a new ring must be made, additional handling fees will be charged.
Accent diamonds (melee) in Noam Carver pieces are covered for life against normal wear and tear and if necessary, will be replaced at no charge. Diamonds in a CrownRing, Blue Royale, or Torque piece that range between 0.005ct & 0.25ct in weight will be accompanied with a 1 year diamond warranty. Any diamond in a CARLEX piece will be accompanied with a lifetime diamond warranty.
Please Register your Gabriel item for enrolment into our warranty program within 30 days of your purchase at a retail partner. Just upload your original receipt and fill out the form. The submission serves as confirmation that you have read the warranty terms and conditions underwritten by NYC Empire Insurance Inc. The warranty program features (1) Free Lifetime Warranty for Manufacturing Defects, We take such pride in the quality of our jewelry that we will make any necessary repairs or replacements with no additional costs (2) One Year Warranty for Normal Wear & Tear. We cover damages resulting from Normal Wear & Tear within One Year of purchase. All customers are eligible for complimentary inspection and cleaning every six months at our retail partner stores.
